Picking up your car with us is straight forward, and free shuttle transfers run 24 hours a day. Once you have landed and collected your bags, call us on 03 777 4002 and our team will arrange your pickup.

The shuttle collection area is just outside the terminal, in the Zone C area marked “Off-site Transfers,” so look for the Park N’ Fly shuttle. From there, it is a short ride to our branch at 2/13 Red Oaks Drive, Frankton.

All vehicles must be returned to the RentalCars247 Branch located at 2/13 Red Oaks Drive, Frankton, Queenstown. Free Transfers are available to the airport terminal between 7:00am and 9:00pm

If you have a restricted, or Australian "P" License, you will be unable to rent or drive one of our vehicles.

Yes, by prior arrangement. Since the shuttle runs only within office hours, you would make your own way to and from our location. For after-hours returns, leave the car with a full tank, park outside our branch and drop the keys in the secure key box to the left of the door. A full, valid driver's licence in English and a credit or debit card in the hirer’s name. If your licence is not in English, bring an NZTA-approved translation or a valid International Driving Permit. We are unable to rent to drivers holding a restricted licence or an Australian “P” licence.
Yes. A refundable bond of $500 or $ 1,500, depending on the vehicle, is held on your credit or debit card at pickup and released upon return of the car without issue. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, but not cash bonds.
