PICKUP AND RETURN
Picking up your car with us is straight forward, and our team is reachable around the clock. Once you have your bags and have reached the shuttle area, call us on 09 869 3318 and look out for the marked Park N' Fly shuttle.

After entering the International arrivals area, turn right and make your way to Door 8. After exiting via door 8, look for the "Taxi, Rideshare & Shuttles" sign. Follow the covered walkway past Novotel until you see the signs for "Off-Site Shuttle Transfers". Follow the walkway, and once you reach the Shuttle Collection area, please wait at Lane 5 for the marked "Park N' Fly" shuttle.
The process is just as simple, with our shuttle collecting passengers from the domestic terminal and transporting them directly to our Auckland Airport branch.
Follow the signs to the Jetstar Terminal, or gates 62-63 of the Domestic Terminal. Exit Door 8 and make your way across the pedestrian crossing towards the Control Tower. Please look for the marked "Park N' Fly" shuttle, which will pick you up from the shuttle collection area next to the Control Tower.
To collect your vehicle, please bring a full, valid driver's licence in English
All drivers will need a full, valid driver’s licence in English when picking up your rental car.

If you have a restricted, or Australian "P" Licence, you will be unable to rent or drive one of our vehicles.
A Credit or Debit Card will be required for security of the hire.
A $500NZD/$1500NZD Bond is required for all hires.

Returning the car is just as easy. Bring it back to 26 Airpark Drive with a full tank, grab your belongings, and our shuttle will run you to the domestic or international terminal whenever you need, day or night. The closest petrol stations are Waitomo (about 1.5 km), Z (2.8 km), and Mobil (3.5 km), so you can fill up on the way in.
