Picking Up Your Auckland Airport Rental Car
Collecting your rental car at Auckland Airport is quick and hassle-free. Our convenient pickup process ensures you spend less time waiting and more time exploring.
Once you have arrived at the shuttle collection point, Please call us on 09 869 3318. Our courtesy shuttle will pick you up from the Airport. Please look out for a marked Park N' Fly shuttle bus.

Follow the signs to the Jetstar Terminal, or gates 62-63 of the Domestic Terminal. Exit Door 8 and make your way across the pedestrian crossing towards the Control Tower. Please look for the marked "Park N' Fly" shuttle, which will pick you up from the shuttle collection area next to the Control Tower.
After entering the International arrivals area, turn right and make your way to Door 8. After exiting via door 8, look for the "Taxi, Rideshare & Shuttles" sign. Follow the covered walkway past Novotel until you see the signs for "Off-Site Shuttle Transfers". Follow the walkway, and once you reach the Shuttle Collection area, please wait at Lane 5 for the marked "Park N' Fly" shuttle.
All drivers will need a Full, Valid Drivers license, in English when picking up your rental car.

If you have a restricted, or Australian "P" License, you will be unable to rent or drive one of our vehicles.
A Credit or Debit Card will be required for security of the hire.
A $500NZD or $1500NZD Bond is required for all hires.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. Please note Cash Bonds are not accepted.
All vehicles need to be returned to our location at 26 Airpark Drive, Mangere. Our shuttle services is available 24 hours a day to take you to the Auckland Airport Domestic or International Terminal.
Before returning, please check that the vehicle is full of fuel and all personal belongings are removed.

A $250NZD Bond is required for all hires as security. This bond will be held on the Debit or Credit Card you provide. Once the vehicle is returned without issue, the bond will be released
Please note once the bond is released, it wont show as a refund, but the initial bond transaction will be removed from your statement. In some cases, the bank will process this by completing the hold for $1, then refunding $1. This process can take a couple of days, or up to 21 days depending on your banks processing times.
