PICKUP AND RETURN
Picking up your car with us is straight forward, and our team is reachable around the clock. Once you have your bags and have reached the shuttle area, call us on 09 869 3318 and look out for the marked Park N' Fly shuttle.
Once you have arrived at the shuttle collection point, Please call us on 09 869 3318. Our courtesy shuttle will pick you up from the Airport. Please look out for a marked Park N' Fly shuttle bus.
Follow the signs to the Jetstar Terminal, or gates 62-63 of the Domestic Terminal. Exit Door 8 and make your way across the pedestrian crossing towards the Control Tower. Please look for the marked "Park N' Fly" shuttle, which will pick you up from the shuttle collection area next to the Control Tower.
After entering the International arrivals area, turn right and make your way to Door 8. After exiting via door 8, look for the "Taxi, Rideshare & Shuttles" sign. Follow the covered walkway past Novotel until you see the signs for "Off-Site Shuttle Transfers". Follow the walkway, and once you reach the shuttle collection area, please wait at Lane 5 for the marked "Park N' Fly" shuttle.
All vehicles need to be returned to our location at 26 Airpark Drive, Mangere. Our shuttle services is available 24 hours a day to take you to the Auckland Airport Domestic or International Terminal.
Before returning, please check that the vehicle is full of fuel and all personal belongings are removed.
All drivers will need a full, valid driver’s licence in English when picking up your rental car.

If you have a restricted, or Australian "P" Licence, you will be unable to rent or drive one of our vehicles.
A Credit or Debit Card will be required for security of the hire.
A $250NZD Bond is required for all hires.

From the Domestic Terminal, exit Door 8 near gates 62 to 63 and cross towards the Control Tower. From the International Terminal, head to Door 8 and follow the signs to the off-site shuttle transfers at Lane 5. The branch is about 2.5 kilometres away, only a few minutes by shuttle.
A full, valid driver's licence in English and a credit or debit card in the hirer's name. If your licence is not in English, bring an NZTA-approved translation or a valid International Driving Permit. We are unable to rent to drivers holding a restricted licence or an Australian "P" licence.
Yes. A refundable security bond is held on your credit or debit card at pickup and released upon return of the vehicle without issue. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, but not cash bonds. Depending on your bank, the hold release can take a few days to clear your statement.
