Shuttle Transfers Available within office hours
All drivers will need a Full, Valid Drivers license, in English when picking up your rental car.
If your license is not in English, a list of NZTA approved translators can be found here
If you have a restricted, or Australian "P" License, you will be unable to rent or drive one of our vehicles.
A Credit or Debit Card will be required for security of the hire.
A $250NZD Bond is required for all hires.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. Please note Cash Bonds are not accepted.
Once you have collected your luggage, Please call us on 09 869 3318. Our courtesy shuttle will pick you up from the Airport.
The Shuttle collection area is located just outside the terminal in the area marked ‘Off Site Rental Car Transfers’
All vehicles must be returned to the RentalCars247 Branch located at 2/13 Red Oaks Drive, Frankton, Queenstown. Free Transfers are available to the airport terminal between 7:00am and 9:00pm
Outside office hour collections are available by prior arrangement. Please contact our Queenstown Branch directly, or email [email protected] to arrange this.
Please note, our shuttle service is not available outside office hours. You will need to make your own way to/from our location.
Please ensure the fuel tank is full. Park the vehicle outside our location, and place the keys in the secure drop box to the left of our door. You will then need to arrange your own transport to the Airport Terminal.
